4. We works on first come first serve basis. Order will be cancelled for guests who failed to make the payment within 3 days.
5. For Brunei guests, we offer FREE DELIVERY services for purchase above B$80, otherwise a small fees will be charged.
6. For International guests, please contact us for shipping quotation. Shipping cost will be bared by guests.
7. Nationwide delivery shall be completed within 3-5 working days after payment received. While worldwide estimated delivery time will be informed by request.
8. Guests are welcome to opt for self pick-up services, if they wish to obtain the goods faster.
9. Payment can be made through Online Banking, ATM or Cash on Delivery** at guests convenience. We will provide the details after your order placed.
